I’ve been working in the field of services and business for almost all my life, the realities are where I really found myself….

Years ago, I was brought to the job of a real estate agent by my personal experience, when my wife and I were both looking for our own housing, and I’ve been working in this field for almost ten years. To work as a top real estate broker is not only a good trader with an individual approach and empathy, but also a wide range of knowledge that everybody expects from us as professionals. Therefore, I attended a course of legal minimum ended with an exam on a certified broker, regular training in the Civil Code, Land Register, taxes, etc. I can also advise where to obtain PENB (the so-called energy label), to ensure the possible renovation of the bathroom, I follow trends in housing and can always provide factual advice.

Buying or selling real estate in a person's life always means a “big event and change”, which is often time consuming but can also be stressful, people are resolving their new life stage and often selling or buying real estate for the first time. Therefore, I try to be a serious partner, I have a personal approach to everyone and I can take on the burden so that the customer is 100% satisfied and leaves us knowing that he was safe throughout the trade and eg bought the first apartment or a house of your dreams…

In recent years I have specialized in the sale of flats, of which I’ve sold more than 500 in my total purchase price in excess of 1 billion Czech crowns. As a real estate specialist, of course I also sell houses and land, I can without hesitation manage to rent your apartment, house or office, I can provide qualified advice on determining the price of the apartment, and carry out a complicated business case, for example: when the property is burdened with distraint, dealing with the bailiff, etc.

My work includes honesty, speed and meticulousness with great emphasis on individual approach according to the client's requirements, I can adapt to time, I work even in the evening and on weekends when the situation requires it. I consider my biggest professional success a business case that I solved a few years ago, it was the so-called “ball lightning”, when we dealt directly with 7 apartment sales and after 6,5 months we handed over the keys to the last apartment in a row.

I enjoy dynamics and variety the most in my work, as I am always on the move, the diary “packed” with meetings brings me to other challenges. The biggest reward for me is when someone calls me on an unknown number and the "someone else" on the other side asks me for help in selling his property because he received a recommendation from a friend whom I had helped to sell in the past.
